0. Scope
   This license applies only to the Pl4tform Control Panel software contained
   in this repository. The projects, applications, and websites listed within
   the Control Panel dashboard are separate works and are NOT covered by this
   license. Those projects retain their own licenses and terms from their
   respective owners. Any logos, trademarks, or client content referenced by
   the Control Panel remain the property of their owners.

1. Definitions
   "Software" means the source code and all accompanying files in this repository.

2. Limited Evaluation License
   Subject to the terms below, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   revocable license to:
   - download, view, build, and run the Software; and
   - modify the Software solely for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation.

3. Attribution and Permission
   - You must keep all copyright notices and attribution to "Lara Whybrow" intact.
   - Any use beyond internal evaluation, including redistribution, hosting, or
     making the Software available to third parties, requires prior written
     permission from the copyright holder.

4. No Commercial Use
   - Commercial use of the Software is not permitted without a separate
     written license or agreement from the copyright holder.

5. No Redistribution
   - You may not publicly distribute, publish, sublicense, or make available
     copies of the Software (or substantial portions) to the public.
   - You may provide limited copies to trusted collaborators (e.g., friends or
     vendors) strictly for private evaluation, provided they agree to these
     same terms and do not further redistribute.

6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS
   IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon
   termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies in your possession.
